More About My Approach
I offer in-person sessions in a calming, quiet, and secure environment, as well as virtual therapy, giving you the flexibility to show up from the comfort of your own space.
Together, we’ll gently look at how early relationships, past experiences, and your nervous system shape the ways you feel and respond today. This may include tending to parts of you that feel stuck, silenced, or burdened, and noticing how old patterns show up in your present life.
My approach is collaborative and paced to your comfort. The focus isn’t on “fixing” anything, but on helping you understand yourself more deeply, build self-trust, and feel steadier in your day-to-day.
I draw from mind–body approaches like parts work (IFS), somatic therapy, ACT, DBT, CBT and EMDR, always guided by your story and your experience. These approaches offer insightful clues and often missing pieces of information helpful for growth.
Healing happens when we feel seen, understood, and supported in being our whole selves. If this resonates, I’d love to connect.
