About My Approach
I offer virtual therapy, where you can show up in the comfort of your own space bringing a sense of calm,
clarity, and grounding.
Our work together will consider exploration of early attachment, any history of trauma, and the ways your nervous may be responding to these past experiences.
This may include tending to parts of you that feel stuck, silenced, or burdened, and exploring how early relationships still influence your present level of overwhelm and anxiety.
I use evidence-based mind/body approaches like IFS (parts work), Somatic work, ACT, DBT, and EMDR, guided by the truth of your story.
I believe healing happens when we feel understood, seen, and empowered to be our whole self.
